My work is for people who feel out of step with the world—those for whom life often feels like swimming against the current, or like everyone else was handed a map that never quite fit your terrain.
I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and neurodivergence. For some, these challenges are longstanding; for others, they emerge in response to specific circumstances. Stuttering may also be one part of a broader picture.
Together, we work toward a better fit between who you are and the world around you—developing practical strategies to navigate daily life more effectively, while creating space to shape a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
