Insurance: I do not accept insurance directly but can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Private Pay: $225 per 50-minute session

Good Faith Estimate (GFE): Prior to starting therapy, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate, including:

Estimated length and frequency of treatment

Cost per session and total estimated cost

Provider qualifications

Any other relevant information
